Baker, Ingram & Associates provided structural engineering services for this new, 11,200 square feet, state-of-the-art wine making facility. The new building is located on the historic Bohemia Manor Farm that overlooks the Bohemia River just outside Chesapeake City, Maryland. The building is a wood and steel-framed structure and serves as a production facility for processing grapes. It also includes a barrel room for aging the wine, goods storage, a laboratory and office space. This project was completed on a fast-track schedule so that it could be operational by the fall harvest.
