Located over the Spa Creek on the Eastport side of the bridge, the Annapolis Yacht Club’s Family Activity Center revitalized the water edge in 2019. The form of the building compliments the traditional gable roof and shingle facade elements of downtown Eastport. The new 18,000 square-foot wood-framed clubhouse is supported on supplemental steel pile foundations. It features a fitness center, casual dining area, locker rooms, and a seasonal pool.
