The historic, “first block” of the West Chester borough has been transformed into a striking and timeless streetscape. Once host to the largest retailer in Chester County and, more recently, local government offices, this new mixed-use structure is once again the focal point of West Chester, Pennsylvania. The four-story building includes retail space and fine dining establishments on the ground level. Offices occupy the three upper floors. A stylish corner plaza serves as a gathering place for the community.

The structure is steel-framed with a supporting metal deck and concrete floors.
