West End Flats

The new, four-story multi-family residential building in Media, PA houses 150 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments. The site also features fitness facilities, coffee and cocktail cafés and a pool area. Two parking levels are also included. The structural system is primarily wood framing on wood-stud bearing walls. The supported parking levels and first residential floor is fire-proofed steel framing with concrete on a metal deck. Foundations are spread footings with reinforced concrete walls. Exterior walls are a mix of brick veneer with stud backup and siding.
