• Mrs. Moore has over 20 years of structural engineering experience. As Principal and Branch Manager of our Dover, DE office, Cherie is responsible for the project management and structural engineering services for a number of project types.

• Mrs. Moore’s project portfolio includes educational, municipal and libraries, commercial, industrial, and retail facilities as well as waterfront structures. Her design experience includes masonry, wood, steel, precast, and cast-in-place concrete structures.
